| Our natural stone auction will be held on January 13, 2007 at 11:00a.m. You can physically preview the material the morning of the auction from 9:00a.m. To 11:00a.m. The auction will take place at Imperial Design Group, Inc., 14100 Kingsley Drive, Gardena, CA 90249 |
| Who May Attend the Auction |
| We welcome everyone to attend and take part in the auction. Whether you are a contractor, interior designer, or a private home owner you are more than welcome to attend. |
| Registration |
| Registration will be the morning of the auction, January 13th, starting at 9:00a.m. You may also register anytime during the auction. Upon registration you will be asked to provide a valid driver's license or state photo identification and a REFUNDABLE $300 deposit. THE DEPOSIT CAN BE CASH OR CREDIT CARD AND IS REFUNDABLE ANYTIME DURING THE AUCTION. |
| Terms and Conditions |
| The terms of the auction will be announced by the auctioneer at the beginning of the auction. A 12% buyer's premium will be added to your invoice total. Our auctioneer is Ron Charyn with Charyn Auctions (License #A1188). Please, read the terms and conditions in detail. |
| Payment Terms |
| Forms of payment are as follows: Personal Checks, Cash, Cashier's Check (made payable to Imperial Design Group, Inc.), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. |
| Delivery, Storage, and Pickup |
| We will announce the local independent trucking company that will be handling delivery. You may store your merchandise at the facility upon request. Pickup hours are Saturday after the auction until 4:00pm, Sunday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Monday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. |
| What to Expect at the Auction |
| We import our merchandise from the largest natural stone producing countries worldwide, providing a selection of more than 90,000sq/ft of natural stone tiles such as; marble, granite, limestone, travertine, slate, onyx, and sandstone in various sizes, colors, and finishes. We also import other stone products such as hand carved marble fireplaces, solid marble columns & pedestals, hand crafted tabletops, medallions, statuary, garden ornaments, fountains, benches, urns, plaques, and much, much more... |
| About the Auction |
| The auction will begin promptly at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, January 13th. We will start from Lot #1 and continue in numerical order. All tiles are sold by the square foot so that you may purchase any quantity from any lot to suit your needs. The auctioneer will sell approximately 80 to 90 lots per hour. Usually, the auction lasts 3 to 4 hours. |
